Due to the digital, customized, and service-based nature of the work, all payments are final and non-refundable.

Smart Work provides optimization services based on SEO, AEO, GEO, structured data, backlinking, technical analysis, and related best practices.
However, Smart Work does not control Google, ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Perplexity, Google AI search features, or any other search engine or AI platform.
No specific ranking, traffic level, AI citation, recommendation, indexing result, lead volume, sale, or other performance outcome is guaranteed.
Where backlinking is included in the purchased service, Smart Work may use third-party websites and platforms as part of the optimization process.
Smart Work does not control third-party websites, their policies, availability, indexing decisions, link attributes, or future changes to their content.
The inclusion of links as part of the service does not guarantee that a search engine or AI system will index, follow, value, display, or use those links.
The client is responsible for providing accurate information, appropriate website access where required, and any materials necessary for the completion of the service.
Delays caused by missing information, unavailable access, technical restrictions, or third-party systems may affect the delivery timeline.
WhatsApp is the primary communication channel used by Smart Work for project coordination and client communication.
The client is responsible for providing a valid communication channel and responding when information or clarification is required to proceed with the project.
The client may use the final deliverables provided as part of the purchased service for their own website and business purposes, subject to any applicable third-party rights.
Third-party platforms, websites, software, tools, data, and resources remain subject to their respective terms and licenses.
Smart Work will perform the agreed service with reasonable professional care and based on the information and access available at the time of the project.
Smart Work is not responsible for changes made by search engines, AI platforms, third-party websites, hosting providers, website administrators, or other external services that may affect search visibility or the operation of implemented elements.
Smart Work reserves the right to modify its services, pricing, website content, and these Terms and Conditions when necessary.
The terms applicable to an order are those in effect at the time the order is placed, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
